World of Coaches do not refund a purchase just because you made a mistake or changed your mind.
In case of an error of WorldofCoaches.com.au, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange or store credit (within 14 days from the date of your invoice, as long as the product is in its original unused/uninstalled condition).
At WorldofCoaches.com.au we have made returns and exchanges easy. Simple email us and we will help you return you product.
To return a new racquet there are three requisites:
1. The plastic wrap can't be removed on from the handle. 2. The racquet has not been played with. 3. The racquet does not have any ball fuzz on the strings or scrapes to the bumper guard.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCEDURES
Please follow these easy steps to assure a prompt replacement, refund or credit towards a new order:
1. Contact us immediately, we will provide you with a code to be written on the package you are returning.
2. If possible, package your return in the original carton in which you received it. Important!! All returned items must be in a new, unused/uninstalled condition in the original manufacturer's packaging.
3. Keep a record of your shipment until your return/credit/exchange has been processed.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES
Every item WorldofCoaches.com.au sells is covered by the manufacturer warranty. Not by us. Since each manufacturer has different warranty procedures, contact us and we'll help get your warranty issue taken care of.
DEFECTIVE RACQUETS
All racquets sold by WorldofCoaches.com.au have a one year manufacturer's warranty. Defective racquets will be replaced by the manufacturer for one year after the purchase date. Racquets that have been bashed on the ground, run over, melted in the sun, etc. will not be replaced.
When you send your racquet for warranty you have two options:
1. You may choose to wait for the manufacturer to review your racquet and give you their decision: WorldofCoaches.com.au will courier your racquet at no charge, providing the mailing address is inside Australia. International customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs. This whole process takes around 4 weeks.
2. You may choose to purchase a new tennis racquet while your defective racquet is being reviewed for warranty replacement. If your defective tennis racquet is replaced by the manufacturer, we will give you a credit for the amount of the racquet and courier costs. International customers will pay for the return shipping and related import costs. NOTE: If your request is denied by the manufacturer, your broken racquet will be returned to you with an explanation from the manufacturer.
